- Birthday package purchases must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation date to ensure preparation time for the “Bomb” cake.
- Payment must be made in full to obtain the birthday package, with a deadline of at least 24 hours before the reservation date.
- Any purchase of the birthday packages is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for vouchers or dining/spa credit.
- Birthday packages are not eligible for discounts (including Essence), vouchers, dining credit, or promotions.
- If a guest has purchased a birthday package for a certain date and wishes to move their reservation, they may do so within 1 month of the reservation date.
- The Guilty Signature “Bomb” cake is an exclusive item offered only with our birthday packages and is not available for sale as an à la carte item.
- The prices are in Thai baht, subject to government tax and service charges.
